Substrata - Skull scavengers.

This little race are like rats or vultures in the world of Substrata. Mostly nomads. They gather weapons, skulls and other equipment from battle fields, abandoned places and trade them.
The skulls that they are wearing, are like the caste(hierarchy) system.
